Founder & Lead Parenting Coach
Manu Brune is the founder and Lead Parent Coach at Beyond Birth Basics. Manu holds multiple certifications in the parenting space, including:
- Pediatric Sleep Consultant
- Postpartum Doula
- Potty Training Consultant
- Transformational Parenting Master Coach
Manu also has an MBA in Business Intelligence as well as a B.A in Psychology.
Manu has dedicated her career to working with parents to help solve their families’ problems and provide solutions that work. She is passionate about guiding parents to sleep better, break generational patterns, focus on mental & physical health and live life with curiosity and empowerment.
Manu is a mama of 3 kids, 2 dogs and a cat and affectionately refers to her house as “The Zoo”. When she is not working, she can be found at the park with her kids, singing or reading books about parenting.
Lindie Gibbs
Partner & Newborn Care Specialist
Lindie Gibbs is a certified Newborn Care Specialist with a passion for supporting families during the “fourth trimester,” the transformative first 12 weeks after birth. As a mother of five, she intimately understands the exhaustion and anxiety of sleepless nights and has dedicated her career to helping parents navigate this precious yet challenging phase.
Lindie specializes in assisting first-time parents as well as families transitioning to life with a new sibling. Her holistic approach takes the guesswork out of parenting, providing customized care and guidance rooted in experience and professional training. With a Master’s in Education, extensive nannying background, NICU volunteer hours, and a “village” mentality, Lindie offers the support, knowledge, and reassurance every family deserves.
Her goal is to empower parents and create a foundation for peaceful nights and brighter tomorrows.
When not working in our practice, Lindie loves being outside in nature, hiking during the summer and skiing in the winter. She also loves to cook, travel, fish and spend time with her family.
Natalie Da Silva
Postpartum Coach & Social Media Strategist
Natalie DaSilva is a devoted mother of three, living on the beautiful Vancouver Island. Surrounded by nature’s stunning beauty, Natalie has a deep connection to the outdoors and enjoys incorporating physical activity into her daily routine. Whether it’s hiking through lush forests, exploring scenic coastlines, or staying active with fitness routines, she values staying strong and healthy for herself and her family.
Natalie is particularly passionate about helping other mothers navigate the postpartum journey. Having experienced the challenges of postpartum recovery with each of her three children, she understands the emotional, physical, and mental hurdles new moms face. This personal experience has fueled her desire to provide support and guidance, creating a sense of community for mothers who may feel overwhelmed or isolated during this transformative time.
Through her own journey, Natalie has gained invaluable insight into the importance of self-care, balance, and compassion for oneself as a parent. She is dedicated to empowering other mothers by offering practical advice, encouragement, and a safe space to share their stories. Her mission is to help mothers feel confident, supported, and less alone as they navigate the ups and downs of motherhood.
When she’s not focused on her family or helping others, Natalie enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s exploring the local nature trails or simply soaking in the peaceful environment that Vancouver Island provides. Natalie’s life is a true reflection of her passion for nature, fitness, and supporting other mothers in their postpartum journeys.
