Stressed out!!
Ugh… parenting is so much harder than you thought it would be.
The disrespect…
The behavior problems…
Instead of “quality time,” your time together is filled with shouting and frustration.
This is NOT what you imagined it would be!
You need a way to reconnect.
It’s the only way things will get better so you can enjoy life again.
It’s time to move out of stress-and-survival mode into an empathetic, peaceful, and connected family.
You need understanding and support as you journey through the hardest job you’ve ever had.
That’s my mission!
As a parent-child relationship specialist, I help you develop awareness of where these feelings are coming from.
Together, we’ll explore the connection between your mind and your body. You’ll learn about your parenting instincts and reactions… including the “why” behind them. Some of the beliefs that affect how you parent likely come from generational patterns that run deep in your family.
You’ll also learn how to tap your inner resilience and marshal resources to help you through stressful times.
Spoiler alert: You CAN get through those situations without frustration and yelling.
It won’t be easy.
There will be times when we dig really deep, and you feel yourself getting angry.
And there will be moments where we need to pause to work through your emotions about the past.
You need a coach to support you through your journey!
You’ve come to the right place.
I don’t just give practical tips on handling things like rebellion, potty training, sleep, or disrespectful behavior. I’ll give you the insight, guidance, and tools to make sure your changes are successful – that you won’t have to deal with these problematic issues again.
It’s not an overnight change, but you’ll notice more harmony and peace with small daily steps that strengthen the relationships in your home.

About Me
I always knew I wanted kids…
But my transition into motherhood wasn’t what I expected.
I had a traumatic delivery and a painful recovery.
My baby was in the NICU, and I had all sorts of difficulties breastfeeding.
I was struggling.
My postpartum anxiety was so bad that I was a wreck if I had to take a nap or let someone else hold my baby.
My relationships were struggling.
My mental health was shaky.
I needed answers.
When my baby was eight months old, I discovered I was pregnant with my second.
I was nervous because I didn’t know how a second child would change the dynamic. I wanted to ensure that my first still felt loved, wanted, and heard. I knew I needed to learn how to be the best mom I could be, but I had NO idea where to start.
So, I armed myself with all the knowledge I could, eventually becoming a certified postpartum coach, parent coach, and sleep consultant.
When I’m not working in my practice…
I love hanging out with my two toddlers, building forts, going on walks, and playing with our dogs.
